Most UK orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking details by email.
Yes — free UK delivery on orders over £50. Smaller orders may include a delivery charge shown at checkout.
Yes. Tracking is sent to the email used at checkout when your order leaves us. If you cannot find it, message us with your order number via the Contact page.
We currently focus on UK delivery. If you need an international quote, get in touch via Contact and we will advise what is possible.
If your order has not yet been dispatched, contact us with your order number and we will do our best to update or cancel it. Once it has shipped, please wait for delivery and use our returns process if needed.
Carriers usually leave a card or send an email/SMS with redelivery or collection options. If you are stuck, send us your order number via Contact and we will help chase it.
Ovens, stands, and larger outdoor pieces may ship on a specialist or timed service. Tracking details in your dispatch email will confirm the carrier and any delivery notes.
Unused items in original packaging can usually be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us first so we can arrange the return with you.
We’re sorry — please contact us as soon as you can with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

For change-of-mind returns, return postage is usually the customer’s responsibility unless we advise otherwise. If an item is damaged or incorrect, we will arrange a prepaid return or replacement.
Once we receive and check your return, refunds are typically processed within a few working days to the original payment method. Card issuers can take a little longer to show the credit.
Yes where stock allows. Contact us with your order number and the colour you want — we will confirm availability and the simplest way to swap.

Each oven model is one product with Colour variants (for example Ember and Artisan finishes). Choose your colour on the product page — images and SKUs update with the variant.

Ember is gas. Artisan is dual-fuel (gas and wood/charcoal depending on setup). Always follow the product instructions for safe fuel, lighting, and ventilation.
Most ovens and grills need simple setup out of the box (legs, stone, hose connections where relevant). Product pages and included guides cover the steps — contact us if you need help.
